This year, Lisa Durante, founder of Lightness Of Being retreats, a division of WELLNESSworld, a platform dedicated to Integrative Medicine and holistic healing, is curating a trip based on popular demand.
Most retreats we organise are based on yoga, which is loved by many but not by all. This time I wanted participants to come together in the great outdoors, with excellent fitness instruction tailored to individual needs, as the foundation for transformational experience.

Since then, Ross has sold his business in Dubai and opened a thriving gym in Cambridge, UK. He says,

Stronger, healthier, happier
A fitness boot camp is type of group exercise class that mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. While there are many styles of fitness boot camps, most are designed in a way that challenges participants more than they’d push themselves and, in that way, resemble a military boot camp.
Ross emphasises that his approach goes beyond forcing everyone to perform endless push-ups, plyometric and interval training with little rest between exercises.
